spotlora

Draft for review, Oct 28, 2026. Written in plain words by the team and not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Governing law and a contact address will be added before it is final.

Terms

These terms cover your use of Spotlora, a service run by PitchCall, Inc. (“we”). By creating an account or requesting a free report you agree to them.

What Spotlora does

Spotlora asks AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude) questions about apps through their APIs, records how they answer, and shows that next to the store and revenue data you choose to connect, with recommendations based on both.

What the numbers are

Every rate is an estimate from a sample of answers, shown with its margin of error. The assistants change often, vary from one answer to the next, and are run by other companies; an API answer can differ from what one person sees in the consumer app. We can't promise that your app will be recommended, or that following a recommendation will change installs or revenue. Use the results as evidence for your decisions, not as a guarantee.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the members you invite do there.

Acceptable use

Your data

What you bring stays yours: your questions, notes and connected data. You allow us to process it to run the service and to build benchmarks that never identify your app, as described on the privacy page. The answers we collect for you are yours to use; the AI providers' own terms apply to their content.

Free reports

A free report is a public page at a hard-to-guess link. Anyone with the link can read it, so share it only where you want it seen. Ask us and we take it down.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are on the pricing section. Every plan is metered in answers. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly; you can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We announce price changes by email at least 30 days ahead.

Availability

We aim to run every scheduled check, but we don't guarantee uptime. When an assistant is down or refuses a request, the run says so instead of filling the gap.

Liability

Spotlora is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes

When these terms change we update the date at the top and email account owners before material changes take effect.
